Paws & Polish Grooming

Dog grooming / pet services

A fictional dog grooming business website intended to make booking straightforward, explain services clearly and appeal to local pet owners.

The challenge

Pet owners want to know prices, what to expect on a first visit, and how to book — often from their phone while out walking the dog. Grooming sites that bury this information lose enquiries to competitors who make it easier.

The approach

Warm, calm design with services and prices upfront. A dedicated first-visit section answers common questions for new puppy owners. Booking CTAs appear throughout without feeling pushy.

Key user journeys

A new pet owner reads the first-visit guide, checks prices and submits a booking enquiry.

An existing customer uses the FAQ to check grooming frequency and opening hours.

Someone local searches for grooming near them and finds the service area and contact options.

Why it works for the business
