Harbour Build & Renovate
Builder / renovation / home improvement
A fictional Essex building and renovation company website intended to make the business look credible, showcase completed work and generate quote requests.
View live concept siteThe challenge
Building and renovation businesses need to look credible online before a homeowner will request a quote. Many trade websites are outdated, hard to navigate on mobile, or fail to show the quality of completed work.
The approach
The design prioritises trust: a clear services list, a project gallery with before-and-after presentation, and a straightforward quote form. Phone number and quote CTAs are visible without scrolling on mobile.
Key user journeys
A homeowner views completed projects in the gallery and requests a quote for a similar job.
Someone searches for a specific service (e.g. kitchen renovation) and reads the process before calling.
A visitor checks which areas are covered before getting in touch.

Why it works for the business
Homeowners can quickly assess whether the business is a good fit, see examples of work, and request a quote without friction. The site supports the sales conversation rather than replacing it.
