Local fitness studios often rely on social media and word of mouth, but potential members want to see class options, understand pricing and book a trial without picking up the phone. The site needed to feel energetic and trustworthy without looking like a generic gym template.
The approach
I focused on a clear trial-session journey above everything else. The homepage leads with a strong CTA, the timetable is easy to scan on mobile, and trainer profiles help visitors feel they know who they will be working with before they arrive.
Key user journeys
A new visitor lands on the homepage, browses classes and books a trial session.
Someone interested in personal training reads the PT section and submits an enquiry.
